We provide beef carcasses and half-carcasses to distributors and intermediaries in the sector.

Veal
Comes from animals slaughtered before 12 months of age. The meat will have a light pink to pink color, with pearly white homogeneous distribution fat, firm consistency and slightly moist muscle.
Yearling
It comes from animals slaughtered between 12 and 24 months of age. The meat will have a pink or light red color with pearly white fat, firm consistency and slightly moist muscle.
Heifer
Comes from animals slaughtered between 24 and 48 months of age. The meat will have a light red to red color, with cream-colored fat, firm consistency muscle, fat infiltrate and slightly moist.
Mature
Comes from males slaughtered with more than 24 months. The meat will have a red color, with creamy fat, firm consistency muscle, fat infiltrated and slightly moist.
