Our stockbreeding has constantly adopted innovation to provide the highest level of excellence in our meat.
Our animals are raised mixedly by grazing and housing, a classic mountain system.
From spring to the arrival of winter, they graze freely in coastal or mountain meadows. During the winter, when the weather is harder, they are sheltered in stalls where they are supplied with grass , silage and other products that were harvested through the summer.
